Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free includes unlimited template-based bulk alt text plus 100 one-time AI credits to try AI mode.

Will AltKit overwrite my existing alt text?

No, by default. Images with existing alt text are skipped. Enable "Force overwrite" in Settings only if you want to replace manual alt text.

How do AI credits work?

Each AI-generated image uses 1 credit. Free includes 100 credits once. Paid plans include monthly credits with rollover caps. Credits are shown before you run an AI batch.

What image types are supported?

Product images, blog article images, and collection images.

Which languages are supported?

English on Free. Starter and above support 12 languages for AI output.

How do I cancel?

Open Pricing in the app and cancel your subscription. You return to the Free plan without reinstalling.
